Toast with fruits or bagel or weetabix or English muffin with egg or milk bread/brioche
Monday : Homemade fish cake + rice + French beans
Tuesday : Jardinière de légumes (mix of carrots, peas and potatoes) with pancetta and rosemary
Wednesday : spaghetti bolognese
Thursday : Chicken hot pot with vegetable
Monday : Puff pastry rolls filled with pesto, ham, mozzarella or tuna with cheese with a salad.
Tuesday : Mezze plate : pieces of ham + Babybel + salad mix + pita bread + homemade Humous
Wednesday : English muffins pizza style with various toppings + salad
Thursday : Spanish omelette + salad
Dessert : yoghurt or fruit, occasionally cake.
I make my own bread and my own brioche which I like to offer in moderation.
